SHIPPING

Every REALIST order is packed with care and dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.

AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

DISPATCH

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During new releases and high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We'd rather take the time than rush an order out the door.

TRACKING

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Allow some time for tracking to activate after that.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing.

Duties, taxes and import charges applied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Check your shipping details before completing your order. If there's an error, contact us as soon as possible, once an order has been dispatched, we can't guarantee the address can be changed.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times can be affected by things outside our control. If tracking hasn't updated or your parcel seems significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it.
